EVO 8 Exhaust Mani

OK. I am in a bit of a twist here. I thought that most all of the EVO 8 parts will not work on a 1g. Including the exhaust manifold. Just today, a friend of mine that I work with showed me a 1G talon in a magazine of his that is running an EVO 8 manifold. Does that bolt right up, or was the some modifications involved?

The only reason to run an EVO 8 manifold is if you are running a twin scroll turbo with an exhaust housing with the same shape as the EVO turbo.

So no it isn't a simple bolt on situation.

OK but with the EVO 8's having the motor set-up a different way, doesn't that affect the downpipe.
