I had a few questions about this.

I am getting a whole new fuel delivery system due to fuel cut and im new to DSM's so I am need of some assistance on choosing the correct parts the first time.

So is the Walbro 190 a good pump?

Will It be powerful enough for my car.

Is there anything else that I would need to buy to use it.(SAFC-II?)

Where should I look to get one for the cheapest?
I was looking here- http://www.extremepsi.com/store/customer/product.php?productid=16311&cat=432&page=1

Any other info would be very helpful.

PS What Injectors should I get? What Regulator should I get?

Car Setup:
Rebuilt 2000 Miles ago
16G small
HKS Intake
HKS BOV
14psi

P.S.x2 I tried searching and couldnt find the info that I wanted.

All help is appreciated.

Yes its a good pump.
What are your power level goals?
You will only need a tuning device if you upgrade the injectors.
You probably won't find one cheaper then extremepsi's, they are all pretty much the same price.
As for AFPR, you don't really need one unless you are upgrading past a 190.
As far as injector's what psi level will you be running at? 14psi or will you be upping it?
The stockers should be good up till 16-17psi on a very good tune, if not a great tune, I would say upgrade at 16psi to 550s, get an AFPR from aeromotive, a Wally 255, a S-AFC II, and a logger.

While this is generally true, please get a logger as Dustin recommended to look for dips in the timing curve or "hold points" that would indicate knock from insufficient fuel supply. Every motor is different and what works for one may grenade another.

sounds like you are having a similar problem that i had. i was getting fuel cut around 15 psi. i did a boost leak test and found a vacuum line unplugged. after fixing that i hit 20 psi (accidentaly) without hitting fuel cut. i agree with fourgsixty3... a 190 would work great for you setup.... they say you can run an evo 3 big 16g to the max with a 190 pump and 550 injectors. i would also do the re-wire mod to the new fuel pump. with the injector upgrade you will need a way to tune them. do a boost leak test. if u are htting fuel cut at 14 psi... u have a leak. good luck

Fuel cut is not caused by not having enough fuel.
Exactly, its do to air, not not having enough fuel.

Nice elaboration Andy.

I'm running an EVO III right nowon a 190 pump with stock 450's @ 15psi with just a S-AFC and street tune. Air/Fuel is at 11.2 and I'm flowing 27.2 lbs/min. A logger definately helps and I would highly recommend it.

a logger and an AFC will be the way to go especially when you get bigger injectors. you can actully find both in the classified ads if you want to save money.
