1g dipstick vs 2g

Is the dipstick on a 1g and 2g the same length?

Well, since you have a 2G, i am guessing that you are more curious how long the 1G dipstick is? The 1G dipstick from the bottom of the handle to the end of the metal is exactly 18 inches. I'm not sure if the 1G 7bolt's are a bit different, but this is the exact measurement from a 6bolt.

i use a 1g in my 2g i got tierd of replacing the 2g ones... and its fine and accurate..

I just went and bought an aftermarket one from SPECTRE Performance. They have the billet handles and the hook handles as well. I work at AutoZone, and the discount plus the clearance sale I paid only a hair for what they are worth... They usually run for 50.00 or more...
