I've been a dead beat this year at the track. I thought I'd go for the last time of the year tonight and try and get into the 12's for the first time. I tried doing it with a 14b/dsmlink/450cc's. The best I could get was 13.2 at 104mph. I tuned it with meth and gained 80lb tq & 60hp via Dsmlink from my previous log at 13.2 but the turbo self destructed on me at 22psi before going to the track. Pretty impressive little turbos.
Anyway. I havn't installed my MAFT yet thats in my profile, but did install this evo316g, 550cc and hope to get my PLX into the 12:1AFR tonight on pumpgas & -20 deg winshield wiper fluid. I was just looking for some modivation from some of you who have been to the track with similar mods. I've been good for 1.8 o-60 foot times, but with this stock clutch I'm thinking I had better just FWD launch off the line insted of studder boxing 10psi at 5500RPM. I'm only looking for 12.9.. Anyone ever do that on a stock clutch??
