is this a good deal on a built 6 bolt

Hey guys im swapping a 6 bolt into a 2g an i need to know if this is a good price for this 6 bolt its only 1900

How many miles? It sounds like a pretty good deal. Why is he selling?

If it was assembled properly then yeah it's a good price. If you check out the vendors or search around you'll find that just a shortblock with forged internals such as yours are going for $2400. I'd say nab it up

Sounds like a great deal...but the only thing that gets me is that with everything done he still ran the 14b, with all the supporting mods i'd figure you'd be able to run the evo3 16g at least, but that's the only thing that popped out in my eyes!!

I don't know, maybe he had one at one time? or spent all of his money on the motor, haha.

You can get a new rebuilt longblock with forged internals from overbore for about 1,900.
But with the cams, the clutch, injectors, turbo, fuel pump, etc. I'd say its a decent deal.
How many miles is on the rest of the stuff, and the motor build?
Why is he selling it?
Does he have reciepts of who built it and everything.. Any warranty from them on the motor?

Its got about 2000 miles at the most on it. He wants to sell the car as a whole for 3500 but ive been talkin to him about giving me those parts (hes a friend thats why). He ran out of money and he owes his parents a lot on top of he has no job so thats why he doesent have a bigger turbo an has to sell it.

and it has arp head studs with an evo head gasket, and he has all the reciepts so you guys think its a good idea then im picking it up
