OK well here is the problem. I recently installed a Bastard 20G turbo with all the supporting mods. Ever since I installed the turbo my car seems to spike around 20-25psi in 1st gear. Anyways it seems to control itself a lot more in 2nd, 3rd and 4th but for some reason it's like going crazy in first. I can hear the wastegate opening and I get a good peak and hold in every other gear but first seems to be just crazy.

I am also curious to what a 1g BOV can hold as far as boost goes when it is uncrushed. I think another problem I am having is that when I hit about 20 psi in first it seems to dump really hard and I think it's the bov. Also how much boost does a 1g bov crushed hold? Thanks for the help guys...

A good search would have done the trick for you, for example:

Sometimes the search can be tricky to navigate, but I promise you, you'll pick it up with practice.

A crushed 1G BOV can handle up to 22psi

Here's a thread about what the uncrushed BOV will provide:

http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=152563&highlight=crushed+1g+BOV

Uncrushed, it should be able to handle around 18psi, give or take a few.

PS: For reference, I searched "crushed 1g BOV" and "crushed limit" in the search to find these.
