The machine shop wants me to bring in whatever bolts or studs I am going to use for my setup when they bolt down the torque plate to bore the block. Should I take the ARP studs or stockers?? Does it really matter?? It won't hurt the ARP's if he uses them for this use will it?

Did you not just answer your own question in the first sentence of your own post?

Use the ARP's. Torque them to the correct value. And no, it won't hurt them. They are reuseable you know. . .
