It seems to be the general consensus that 272/272 is great for people running 16g's with plans on upgrading to a bigger turbo.
What about if instead of upgrading the turbo, a 6-bolt rebuild swap was done w/ a 2.3 stroker. Would the 272/272 combo still be sufficient?
I ask because in order to up my turbo to the gt30r i want next, i'd need a new exhaust mani, new exhaust system, bigger injectors & fuel pump and an afpr. soooo... while the prospect of a new turbo sounds amazing, I see myself either spending the money fixing crankwalk first.
Are there any power gains w/ the stroker kit anyway? Or is it just a shift in power. Sorry for the dumb questions, i'm new to this engine stuff
