oil sending unit 4 gauge what the diff?

i need a oil unit 4 my guage,when i took it out i was amazed at how much it looked like a ordinanary unit out of a mopar 6cylinder and v-8's .same thread ,one wire hook up. so what is the difference? except price?

Calibration.
Do not use "4" for "for", nor spell "gauge" as "guage".
