hey i just got a 90 Gst FWD and it has few problems

1.The Cooling fand dont turn on automaticly i have to keep the ac on to get it to work when the car is on for few minutes gets worm the coolend circles around but the fan dont turn on any ideas?

2. The car has a Idle problem it jumps from 700-1500 on idle I think it might be the TPS but anyone got any difrent ideas?

3. This is a funnny problem but when i drive the car its fine but when i go in to a Turn the car just dies. Then i have to wait a little to start it back up what culd this be? Fuel Pump? or somthing with wirering?

For number 1, you should have 2 radiator fans.

One is based on coolant temperature, on a 2g this is the passenger side fan.
The other is turned on when you have the AC, the driver side fan.

So it looks like either your "coolant fan" is broken, or it isn't getting power (bad connector, shoddy wiring etc)

For number 2, it probably isn't a TPS problem, more likely a BISS, which controls idle speed.

Not sure about 3

#1 - The fault is either in the thermo switch, the fan motor, the relay, or wirring harness.
The thermo-switch is located on the bottom tank of your radiator, it'll have two wires comming out of a sensor that screws into the tank.
Check the thermo switch by turning the ignition switch in ON, and removing the connector on the switch, bridge the terminals with a paperclip, it should turn on the fans.
if not..
Check the fan motor by jumping it to the battery, if that doesnt work, connect a jumper wire from terminals 2/4 on the radiator relay terminals, does it work?
Check the radiator fan relay, and connect a jumper wire from terminal 2 to the battery positive terminal, and connect terminal 4 to the negative battery terminal.
..
1 2
3 4
Use an ohmmeter, check for continuity between terminals 1 and 3, there should be continuity.
Remove the battery leads, check for continuity between 1 and 3, there shouldn't be.
Also, check for continuity between terminals 2 and 4, there should be continuity.
If the results are incorrect replace the relay, if they're good its your thermo switch.

To check the thermo-switch, unplug the connector, with the engine cold, use an ohmmeter and check for continuity across the terminals, there should be none. Let the engine get warm and check for continuity, there should be it.

#2 - I'd check out vfaq's idle surge http://www.vfaq.com/mods/wayback/BradBauer/engine/surge.html
#3 - I had a similar problem with my battery being too large and not properly mounted, when making a hard turn the terminals would ground out on the hood and kill the car.. Start by checking that. I'll try to come up with some more solutions.

about the idle problem, i had the same thing when i bought my 98' gst a few weeks ago. It turned out to be the ISC, or Idle speed control.

if all else fails
1 connect the fan directly to a power source
2 a boost leak can cause the idle problem besides the tps or isc so check that .
3 dont know

Thank you for quick Reply i am going to cheeck all that tumorrow see what i come out with thank you again
