I did a search and cant find out exactly what it is so i will prob get another warning but whatever, i need a clutch and i keep hearing about this "tob" I know its not the fork so what is it, it does not come in a clutch kit.

TOB = Throw out bearing.

EDIT: *Blows smoke off fingers* You win this time nikkeebabee......

It should come in most kits. However, you want to stay away from a TOB that has a metal inner sleeve as it can end up "scoring" the input shaft of your tranny. My advise is to stick with an OEM bearing, they're only about $25.

On a side...ACT kits come with the correct TOB in the box (no need to purchase another), not sure about the other "name" brands though.
