Good deal on turbo? What do I look for?

TURBO FROM 92 EAGLE TALON MOUNTED ON TURBO MANIFOLD W/ WASTEGATE. FITS ECLIPSE,TALON,LASER, ETC ANYTHING WITH A 4G63.

This is his ad. He is selling it for 200 bucks. What should I look for?

I would never buy a used turbo again but if you must. I suppose pictures of different sides of the turbo, a verified paypal account. It would be best if you could personally check it out for shaft play, cracks, damaged bolts, threads etc. Even better see it running on their car to see if it's smoking. Also that ad doesn't look to descriptive. I wouldn't even bother with that ad if that's all it said. You want to know what turbo, what wastegate, miles, condition, shaft play etc. A lot of missing info. Your putting this on your n/t?

I will be able to look at it personally before I buy it it's only 30 miles away. And yeah.
