I need help with a new throttle body

I have a 1990 Eclipse Gsx and I hate my throttle body. The shaft when I bought the car was stripped and the throttle body leaks boost/vacuum badly.

I would like to replace/upgrade it to another. What would anyone suggest for me to do?

I wouldnt mind also upgrading my intake manifold if thats what you guys think i should do because in the near future I plan on running a PTE 5031 RE Dual BB Turbo .

I also plan on purchasing Megasquirt and getting rid of the stock Ecu for tuning purposes. I thought I would say this in referance to a throttle body and idle control.

it all depends on your goals for the car in the future. the 1g tb and intake mani are a good size. i put the 1g tb on my 2g even as it is a 2g upgrade. if you want to upgrade it farther, larger throttle bodies are available. check the regular online catalogs to find them. sheet metal intake manis are also available. both these items can get rather expensive. i don't know your current mods but even with the stuff you listed in your post you will need to spend a decent amount on supporting mods and such if you don't already have them. you just need to decide if you want to spend the extra money on these items. we would need to know you're goals, budget, and current mods to be of more help.

Everything i have is stock on my motor except for a Fidanza Flywheel, Act 2600 Clutch , balance shafts, Arp head studs, and a basic overhaul of my engine, ya know, all gaskets, seals, timing accesories, ect ect.

This 1990 throttle body is shot and I want to replace it.

What would be the most compatible way or best way to replace it, except for another 1990 throttle body?

A mustang throttle body, I believe there 75mm, is a good upgrade. I think this will give you a better idea.
