I just swapped a 1G 6 bolt JDM Cyclone motor in my 2g. The oil pump seized and bent my valves 15 minutes later. Since I have to redue the valves, I am doing ARP studs, and a metal head gasket...What is the best metal gasket for my car? Also any other suggestions on what to replace while I am in there?

Either MLS or Cometic. Depending on how much boost you're planning to run, you could probably get by with the ARP studs and the stock HG. I suggest a complete gasket set for the head (upper).
