2g manifold on 1g + cost

Hey guys i looked for this for a while but i managed not to find the anwsers i am looking for.
i have a 1G gsx and i found a 2g manifold and o2 housing. Will these bolt right up with no problem and if so how much are they worth? thanks

Yes the 2G exhaust manifold will work. you may need to do a little grinding on the bottom right corner of the manifold to make it clear.

Grinding the driver's side corner. This is necessary in order to fit in on a 1G, as without grinding it hits the engine mount.

Yep they will bolt right up, its a pretty standard upgrade due to the 2G being thicker then the crack prone 1G exhaust manifold. Dont forget to port them both before you put them on

i have a 2g on my 1g gsx...90 it bolted right up.. no probs. only tricky gettin the DP back on. i didnt have todo any cutting.

Dont be scared off by the grinding to make it fit, took me 5 minutes with a Dremel. Something to really watch out for is the studs and the possibility of breaking them off. If they are the stock ones, might want to see about replacing them. Be sure to hit them with a VERY ample amount of WD-40, Liquid Wrench, or PB Blaster and letting it soak in good prior to working on it. Good luck to you.
