ok. first of all the car burnt the tranny and got it rebuilt by a shop and put together.
but when the shop tried to use the computer to check the stat on tranny through the obd2 port under the dash.. anyways the shop guy told me he could not get in communication with the tranny ecu. engine ecu worked good but tranny ecu didn't. he said to take it to a dealer and they should kno..well, i want to kno if it is possible.
also, the tranny doesn't shift smooth and sometimes shift late or too early. and sometimes jerks and feels like it's slipping for some reason. or just boost leaking.. not sure which one tho. ### could be the problem?
any diagnostics for these symtoms? help please.
(oh yea, i have boost leak and exhaust leak.. just little tho.)

First off do you know why the tranny went the first time?
It may have had something to do with the trans ecu, either way I would pull the ecu and try and test the car with another ecu. Maybe someone lives by you who can help you out or even check out one of the yards near you for a trans ecu. A rebuilt trans shouldn't be acting up unless they didn't do it right.

Oh and you'll have nothing but problems if you don't find and fix all those leaks...turbo cars and leaks don't mix very well

It is located behind the ECU. And the shops retarded, 1g's dont have odb2 ports. nor could he communicate with your ECU or your TCU. Did he rebuild your trans? haha. Have you checked the fluid level when its running warm?
