I got a Manifold back exhaust system. No cat on it at all. I wont pass smog will I? I went to go register my tags today and they told me I needed to get a Smog test I was like what the hell, I've never had to get one before...

Yes you will need a cat at a minimum. Even if you somehow manage to pass the sniffer without a cat, they will fail you on visual inspection. Try to hide or blend aftermarket parts with the stock parts. Goodluck.

well I'm trying to change my title and plates to Wisconsin plates because thats where I'll be living next month, and I know wisconsin doesnt do smog test, atleast not in my county. I wonder if California dmv will still make me pay for the fee that i owe them.
