Hello, I need some quick help please! I just finished installing the Walbro 190 pump in my car, now when I try to start it, it blows the ignition fuse! What could be causing this? Thanks for any help!

Ok, I'm not trying to bump my thread, but I have new developements. I pulled the pump back out, and it looks like I must have mashed the positive wire inbetween the pump and the ring, exposing some of the bare wire. I read that I can't use electrical tape to cover it, so what are my options? Thanks

Yes, I had just found that out and ran to Advance to get some. Put it on, ran the hair dryer, and viola! Car runs fine now! Thanks!
