Maybe after I put in my new clutch, everytime I hit a big bump my front suspension goes up and down and up and down kind of like a boat. I have no idea what it could be any help would be appreciated.

Sure sounds like worn out struts to me. Think about your springs, when you hit a bump, they expand, then contract, and expand and contract again, oscillating back and forth. Stuts stop it from going up and down. They make it so it expands then contracts and expands again, giving you a much less bouncy ride.

Definitely worn out struts, it sounds like it's time to upgrade that old suspension. Tokico blues and Eibach Sport-lines are a great setup.

ha, i had lowered my car 2inches and after about 3months my stock struts went bad... I mean horribly bad it was getting me sea sick because it was bouncing so much. Over even the tinest bumps it would bounce up and down and wouldnt stop bouncing all the way down the road it looked so stupid, I had put new struts and had to remove the lowering springs until I can afford some performance ones that can handle the drop...
Its really un safe when it bounces like that because you loose breaking distance and acceleration... Dont go too fast with it doing that......

You can't put lowering springs on a DSM w/o new Shocks!!! You'll blow your shocks in about 3 months. If you plan on lowering your DSM and can only afford springs...wait till you have some extra $ to get a good set of Shocks. Personally I love the Tokico Illumina's.

but the shocks and springs are only like 4k miles old....they are kyb struts and eibach springs...where can you pick up new struts at?
