Langley,
simple question, which direction do you turn the master cylinder push rod in order to INCREASE the clutch freeplay? my pedal has zero freeplay.
I just had my tranny, clutch (whole kit), master, and slave cylinders changed, but I don't think the mechanic adjusted everything properly. The car drives well but I want to be sure the clutch is engaging/disengaging properly.
and yes, I did search the topic but I didn't find an answer to my question. Oh, and if anyone knows, I noticed a few others have said this, but my clutch pedal height is 6" off the floor, not 7" like the manual says it should be. Is that a problem because it can't go any higher, the screw is all the way up.
