Car Setup

Heres what I am going with:
-T-28 turbo
-Hard IC piping with Greddy Type S
-Supra SMIC
-2.5" Turboback
-Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
-Blacktop 450cc Injectors

Questions I have:
-Will my engine and tranny hold? (150k and auto tranny)
-What other parts should i get? (I'm not going all out on this car, but at least having a little fun)

Cars is 95 TSI FWD.

Don't you already have those injectors?

Your tranny will hold if you don't abuse it.

Everything should hold together fine. That would be a nice little fun street setup for sure. You might want to look into a Walbro 190 as opposed to the 255. The stock regulator can handle the 190 without a doubt and you can go further on a 190 than most people think. It could for sure handle everything that a T-28 could dish out....

Thats what I thought (about getting the 190). But I had talked to a guy at Devo Tunning and he said that I might as well go with a 255. But I was still thinking about it but I wasnt sure.

*On a quick side note, are the fuel filters sold
at any normal autozone, advanced auto parts, etc.?

yeah you should be able to get a stock filter at any auto parts store i would think i put a inline filter in mine but if you cant sbr sells mitsu fuel filters good luck

I'd say go with the 190 fuel pump, so you don't have to spend more $$$ on a AFPR. Also, you should rewire your fuel pump. You also aren't going to get too far on 450's, I'd say go with 550's. Your car should already have 450's from the factory.

Maybe it's a given but you also will need a MBC, boost gauge, and some sort of intake.

Ya got all the basic stuff like gauges, intake, mbc, and whatnot. I'm getting the t-28 off a friend who was running stock 450cc's and it seemed to work just fine, since im not going to get much other performance parts, what do you guys think? So if i get the walbro 190 i wont have to bother with AFPR?
