Hey so im turboing my 420a and I was just wondering if my 450 injectors from my turbo 4g63 will fit in my 420a...and what I would have to do to make them work... thanks

They'll physically fit, but they won't work without a resistor pack. 4G63s use low impedance injectors, while 420As use high impedance injectors. Even with a resistor pack, they won't work exactly as they were designed to in your 4G63; you're probably better off finding a set of high impedance injectors for a Ford or something. Parts for domestics always seem to cost less, and as long as the impedance is around 11-14 ohms, you should be fine. Physical fitment is another issue, but I'm rather sure that injectors from newer (1996+?) Mustangs will work...

so the 4g63 injectors in a turbo run low ind. but 420a injectors run with a high ind. but my question is i found a 4g63 non turbo in the junk yard this week end and snaged the injectors just for an extra set and to see if anyone has ever run them in a 420a i mean they were free so its not like im losing anything just wondering if the flow rates and ind. would work on a 420a i have it on the stand right now and if there is a chance i can use them the 4g63 non turbo injectors that is instead of the stock 420a injectors with out having to use a resistor pack....

any help with this would be great has anyone ever done it or seen it done
