After performing a boost leak test the other day, to make a long story short, I have concluded that the rubber diaphragm inside my Type S BOV has a leak after owning this BOV for about 1 year. I was wondering if this failure is considered normal "wear-and-tear" for the Type S or if this could be caused by some other problem in my setup? Thanks for any input.

It happens. It's just a rubber seal.
Replace it, it costs about 60 bucks.

Already have a new one on order. Unfortunately, I am getting feedback from the vendor that this little piece of rubber has a 6-10 week lead-time. Oh well, I'll just have to be patient. Thanks for all the responses guys!:thumb:
