ID a part and perhaps a Part number

Now i dont have a picture, but on my 96 it sits on the back (closer to the firewall) of the charcole caister. The big thing that sits below the battery. Well there is a small cylinder thing with two vacume lines or apear to be vacume lines attached to it, one on the top and then the other coming out the bottom.

If anyone knows what im talking about, have a name or part number for it?

Also anyone have a part number for passanger side axel seal for the tranny?

My caps isnt installed so im having some trouble
