They dont make a 235-45-17 wheel. They make 12", 13", 14", 14.5", 15", 15.5", 16", 16.5", 17, 18, 19, 19.5, eyc,etc. Now as far as tires, yes they make a 235-45-17. Anyway, I run a 235-40-17 on a 17x7.5 wheel and here is a pic. you should run nothing smaller than a 7.5" wheel for the best contact patch with a 235 width tire.
