BOV Recirculation Tubing

Since i got an aftermarket bov i need to block off the recirc tube on my intake, what should i use to do this? will i be able to buy it from a napa or something or even just make my own? please help quickly need the car in about 2 hours to go to work.

Hey, you can use a film canister and a clamp.

Or, depending on what blowoff valve you bought, you can make your own recirculation tube so the car doen't run like total hell. That'd be your best bet. But if you seriously want to run it vented all the time, I've seen people just cut the old recirculation tube then plug it and clamp it shut.

Good point. If you do want to recirc. it I found that a radiator hose fits perfectly and is real flexible so it's easier to bend around and stuff.

i have a gm maf and translator w/ blowthrough setup after the bov so there is no point to have it recirc.

Between shifts I used a milk cap when I vented my ssq those great 4 hours
