You need:

Exhaust manifold/turbine housing gasket
Turbine housing/O2 housing gasket
O2 housing/exhaust gasket
Oil return pipe gasket
4 coolant banjo bolt copper washers
Anti-seize compound

All of these are stock parts.

While you're at it, you'll probably want to replace the stud in the turbine housing with a turbo/mani bolt (there are 3 bolts and 1 stud, but the stud makes it a pain to get the turbo off, so replacing it with a bolt makes future work easier).

I replaced all of the turbo/mani bolts/stud with 4 new bolts (one was already broken somehow). They were $6 each. I also got new O2/turbo bolts (3 total) and one new O2/turbo stud+nut.

I got all of this (and then some) from Extreme PSI except that I had to get new banjo bolts to get the copper washers (my local AutoZone didn't have the right size, and Extreme PSI didn't sell them without the banjo bolt). Take one of the old copper washers in to your local auto parts store and see if they have the correct size. Much cheaper that way.

While you have it apart, you could always port the exhaust manifold and turbine housing If you do that, you'll also need an exhaust manifold-to-head gasket and could also change the ex. mani. studs.

When you're all done, don't forget to prime your turbo before you start the engine!

You will only need to salvage your old banjo bolts and buy new crush washers if the turbo doesn't come with the water lines in already. Also, as stated above, I would recommend replacing the stud and three old turbo bolts as maintenance if nothing else. RTV copper gasket maker is also a godsend to prevent exhaust leaks and I would highly recommend it on any exhaust section.

Everybody is pretty much on the money so far. I just put in a new FP Big28 last week on my car. My advice I can give you is to get a SS oil feed line. It'll just be a passive upgrade with a little steadier flow of oil to the turbo. If you do this, also be careful when removing the stock fuel line from the oil filter housing. Don't break this housing...It's a pain in the ass.
Uuum what else what else....oh have some buddies help hold stuff from under the car and maybe from right beside ya. I had two friends over, one (the poor guy) who was laying under the car supporting up the turbo (I did it the hard way without taking out the O2 housing as well) kept getting oil dripped on him. The other guy was next to me holding everything in place while I tightened stuff down, so I would suggest getting a couple extra hands.
Besides that, Kenamond gave ya the complete list of gaskets and necessities. Good luck!!
