95 2.0 Non-Turbo - No voltage to coil

95 2.0L non-turbo will not start.

There is no voltage to coil.

Run 12v from battery to coil and it starts but has no power. Takes forever for it to rev up.

Also, have OBD 2 error codes of "P0124 - Throttle Position Sensor", "P0343 - Camshaft Position Sensor" and "P0055 - HO2S Heater Resistance".

I am temped to believe the ECM is the problem, but would like other opions before shelling out the cash for a new one.

The ECM just pulses a ground on one side of the coil (to fire) so if you're not getting 12V (measured to ground) on the other side of the coil, the ECM is not the problem unless it is not activating the ASD relay. First check the 30A fusable link in engine fusebox. Then check the ASD relay (middle one by the brake master cylinder) - this is the most likely cause. The red/black wire (pin 8) and the black/white wire (pin 6) should always have +12V. The black/red wire (pin 2) should have 12V when the relay is activated (ignition key on or start). The red/white wire (pin 4) should go to 0V when ignition key on or start to activate the relay (if not ECM is bad). If suspect ECM check for leaky capacitors (and often rotten egg smell) on it's internal board. If everything else checks out finally make sure the filter capacitor isn't shorting (just temporarily remove it to see).
