Speedo

My speedo is about 15mph off. What would cause this? It's a automatic. Please let me know. Thanks

Assuming nobody has messed with the gears and that the gauge isn't messed up, the first question is what size tires are you using?

It's got the stock steel wheels, and the tires are 195/14's

Your missing the profile for the tire so I can't tell you how far off it is. The original tires for the 1.8L NA cars was a 185/70R14, where 70 is the profile or aspect ratio.

You can find out the differences based on typical dimensions for a given tirre size with the calculator at http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html
