i got a 20g turbo with a bigger front mount and I am running the same times that I did with the big 16 12.4 at 115 what do i need to do or what am I doing wrong

bigger isn't always better. What sort of data logger are you using? What are you using to tune the vehicle?

Seems that you aren't using any tuning equipment, at least that's what I gather from your mods list. If you just stick a bigger turbo and intercooler and don't log/tune for it, you will see no gains and possibly decreases.

i got the dsm link and I am flowing alot more air than I was last year with the 16 i know I need bigger injectors but with the tunig what issue shoud I take a look at I was not knocking or anything at 25 psi i

What kind of tires? Limited slip? Bigger injectors will help and tuning will also.

i got a kaaz lsd and I use mickey thompson slicks but I do need the bigger injectors but is there something else that I am missing

cams will help you a lot... you might also consider getting it dyno tuned...
