1G-specific License plate Bracket

Ok so i just got my new plates and the front screws came out no problem but i cant get the back ones off at all because there so rusty and stripped. My question is, is there anyway that i can get them off without ruining hte mounting bracket and without cutting or drilling? input is greatly needed i wanna get this baby rollin

you can weld a head of another screw onto the stripped screws, then unscrew it

better off just slotting the head of the screw and taking it off with a flathead
