power steering pump

ok when i have someone turn my wheels on my car and i look under the hood the power steering pump makes a groan when it turns. Does this mean it's goin bad it's already hard to steer.

Have you checked the fluid? It may just need some in it.

Does the pulley wobble really bad. I had the same problem and i just replaced it . downside: almost 300 dollar part from mitsubishi which was the only place that carries parts for the turbo model. Plus while your replacing that you can change all your belts if they need it.
