Solid Motor Mounts Opinions??

I was curious about people's opinion who have awd and put solid motor mounts on their car.
Do you recommend getting? Does it make the interior shake unbearably?

If you want to feel every single vibration that your care makes, or have your filling pop out, then go for it.. Or just get a set of Prothanes, and have some small semblence of comfort retained. Just my $0.023264393797

Pffft. If I thought I could get away with simply welding the block to the frame, I would do so.

Real men enjoy the sensation of being one with their machine. I'd say somethign about having a pure metal seat welded to the floorpan and driving naked, but that would be going a bit too far, I think.

I have felt solid mounts in a car and it is not peasant at all. I have read of it curing hard shifting problems on certain cars if that is a concern or issue.

I would personally go with a torque bar or tether over a solid mount

ive got friends with solid mounts, there not as bad as everyone says, you can mostly notice itwhen your sitting still the car does shake alittle but its not bad at all, if your serious about driving fast then you wont even be able to tell.

Do they have solid mounts for 90's? I have full prothane mounts and no balance shafts and i don't think its bad at all and my car is daily driven. I'm also running full poly suspension bushings just so i can have a better feel for my car. I'd run solid mounts if i can. If anyone knows if they have them for 90's it'd be great to see where.

Ive got no b-shafts and filled mounts.. i dont think its THAT bad at all. just my .02
