I damaged my needles when I pulled the indiglos off and they never worked right again. So instead of looking for an entire cluster, I will just replace them with Autometer gauges. I have a couple of questions if someone doesn't mind answering them.

1. Should I get a mechanical or electrical Water temp gauge?
2. Is there a certain Fuel Level gauge that I need or will any do?
3. Are there any real issues with running a mechanical oil pressure gauge inside the car? I am just curious as to why most people use electrical.

Thanks.

I ran an mechanical one in my last car. It worked perfect. Just make sure you have it hooked up good and tight on the back of the gauge. I didn't have mine right and the hose popped off the gauge and squirted oil everywhere. Otherwise no problems.

I thought that was the only issue. How did it hold up for you....did it ever fail?

The only problem I ever had besides the hose popping off was with the lights not working, but it was from Wal-Mart so what can you expect. It always seemed very accurate too. So if you buy Autometer you should be good to go.
