:D whats up

I have a 95 gsx (at) i need to get my motor rebuilt .
I live in redwood city please help me thanks :thumb:

i'll rebuild it for you. i live in san jose. are you looking to build it or a simple rebuild? if you have the time and cash i'll be happy to help you out. actually this was 1 of my valvetrain projects that i had to build. and it turned out really good. it's only a sinlge cam head but all intake/exhaust manifold, and head threads were retapped and chassed. the leak down test came back incredibly good after a full valve job. as for the block. well that turned out even better. lemme know man i'll be happy to help ya out. i'll let ya check out my portfolio on built valve trains and blocks..

to be honest i couldnt really give you an estimate until it's apart. i dont know what it needs. you'd certainly have to pay for parts needed and possibly a couple supplies such as valve lapping compound and a few lubrications for pump surfaces and priming the engine.

lets see. depending if you need these items it'd be somewhere around $623.00 (just for parts). as for internals such as rods, pistons and rings, well i would have to check that stuff out and i think you know how expensive rods and pistons go for id also recomend "total seals new advanced sealing rings". new parts would be as listed. keep in mind all these parts would be brand new. balance shaft pulley, cam followers, cam plug, cam seal, crank shaft pulley, crank shaft seal, all engine gaskets, exhaust valves, intake valves, internal shaft seals, drain plug gasket, oil pump seal, new or rebuilt water pump, and oil pump, oil relief valve gasket, spark plug seals, timing belt, timing belt idler, timing cover gasket, valve cover gasket, valve stem seals, and bearings.most likely injectors, new plugs and a few more things will be needed. also internals are pretty expensive. you mind as well throw in some aftermarket internals while your there. if you want me to help, keep in mind that specs will be taken on every aspect of your engine. most rebuild shops just throw em together. and taking specs are the time consuming part. checking cam lobes/ straightness, deck warpages, enplay specs, rod and journal specs. there's really too many to list. i can do full leak down tests on the as well to see how much air loss there is as well as compression checks. blah blah. it's really hard to say what you need man. anyways take it easy.
