weird nocking sound in front suspension

recently i have been hearing a knock sound when i turn. like if i turn left then right it will knock then if i turn left again it will knock and if i go right again it will knock. like somthing is snapping back and forth. i think its in the front left side but not sure i went over a curb on the left side doing like 35mph and had to replace the cv boots and stuff but everything else looked ok. any suggestions? i recently swapped my engine so everything should be tight bolt wise

I'unno, but you'd better check it out before you drive too much with it... my Daytona made a funny noise like that... just before my lower ball joint came off the spindle... sorta sucked while I was sitting in the middle of the intersection cussing because nobody had a floor jack so I could put it back together to push the car off the road... fortunately mine was as simple as just a bolt having gone missing.
