Front passenger side tire is messed up.

I hit a curb a few nights ago, because it was way too foggy and I couldn't see. I probably was going 15 to 20 mph when I hit it. It drove fine after that, and it's been driving fine, up until tonight. I was turning to park, and I heard a pop noise. Then my car didn't really want to move. I got out and looked at my tire, the front passenger one is turned right a few degrees, while the driver's side one is straight.

Did i break something? How much will it cost to fix, and can I do it myself?

Also, my key doesnt like to work on the driver's side anymore. And the locks no longer work in unison.

Jack up the entire front end and compare both sides.

I know that if i jack it up, i'll be able to get a better look at the problem, but it's very dark out. That's why I was wondering if anybody knew exactly what the problem was.

I fixed it. The tie rod end wasn't connected to the tire. It slipped out while driving. I bought a new one for 30 bucks, and fixed it.
