Need knock sensor and exh manny to head torques specs

Dont sat RTFM, cause I lost mine and wont get another till tomorrow. I need the torque's for the exhaust manifold to head bolts/studs and the knock senosr to block specs...thanks in advance

"Exhaust manifold to engine" ------------------18-22ft-lbs (25-30Nm)
And knock sensor should be hand tight, VERY hand tight!!! (no torque specs in my book).
