why am i running so rich???!!!??

i don't have a clue when it comes to tuning. can anyone tell me how to make my car not run so rich? here is my mods list: crower stage 2 cams, underdrive pulleys, bcs mod, air can hack and honeycomb and silencer removed, 2 1/2 inch turbo back exhaust with no cat, any ideas? any help is greatly appreciated. thanks.

it ran rich b4 i took the cat off, i'm putting another cat back on though cause i got pulled over the other day, any other ideas??
Also for anyone else who responds tp this thread my car ran real rich b4 i did the bcs,air can hack and mas mods,also b4 i put the exhaust on.
do i need more air??k&n filter maybe? more fuel?

I think your o2 sensor is bad, the one before the cat...
