No signal to mas

I have the mas translator and when i turn the key on it does not come on. I have checked all connections. The problem is that i dont get power through the ecu harness wire. I have swapped ecus with a buddy and it still does it. What else could this be?

i checked the connection and it is good at the ecu and at the mas. I have tried the stock mas and translator with ait and both do not work. I need help with this as soon as possible.
