Could you look at my spark plug and tell me if it's okay?

I decided to pull my plugs and see what they looked like to make sure things are going okay. I have the BPR7ES plugs and pretty close to stock. Any mods are in profile. The tip appears to be a little white to me and from what I've looked up it means that it's overheating or using the wrong plug etc.. Is that what it looks like is going on? Car runs fine. Just wanted to show them and get any input.

How many miles on the plugs?

Your description of what your plugs look like sounds good, but I can't see any white on center electrode in your photo. If anything, they look like they may possibly running a little rich or perhaps the plug is a bit cool -- but it's really hard to tell by looking at a picture on my small, old monitor.

Most people would suggest using 6ES for mildly modded.

The plug looks fine. I would run the 6ES if your motor is mostly stock. Go with the 7ES if you are boosting over 19 psi all day. The 7s wont get hot enough and will miss fire due to the carbon build up from running cool. You will not gane anything putiing a colder plug in YOUR motor.

another thing is that It is normal for the plugs to be white in a EFI engine. The fuel is burned more efficently so the plug stays cleaner and the heat range of the plug burns off any carbon for longer life and better spark. What you want to look out for is blistering of the white electrode and metal flakes on it. This would be a sighn of detonation so a cooler plug is needed. I would not loose sleep over this

I got the plugs in Feb. I believe. I think there are about 5000 or so miles on them. Next time I change them out I'll go w/ the 6's. Will there be any diff. in performance getting them? Perhaps maybe getting better performance since thats what I should be using. Not to worried about it since my car runs good anyway, I just thought I would check up on them and see how things are with them.

When should my wires and plugs be replaced?

Plug looks fine, but as far as the 7es', i run those in mine and have no ill effects. Im around 300hp and running 16-17psi and its been fine.
