The GS-R comes from the factory rated at 170 hp. That 170 comes from VTEC which doesn't kick in until 6500 rpm. Until then its not all that fast. A stock eclipse comes with 210 horsepower and a hell of al lot more torque. At what rpm does a T-25 spool. Your getting a kick in the pants from as little as 2000 rpm until about 5500 before the stock 2g bov starts to leak. So no a stock gsr could not take a stock gst.
