Anyone want to suggest some good rotors?? Front and Rear. I checked some on ebay, but i dont know what is what. They got some with the holes for better cooling and everything.

Odd question, does AUTO tranny have clucth? Not the clutch like manual. Just wondering.
Thanks

I have heard good things about PowerSlot Rotors. Good performace for the money. I think Prostreetonline sells those. IMO unless they are selling a brand name product I would not buy rotors from Ebay. Also, an auto comes with a device known as an "end clutch". The stock ones have problems warping, so people with the money tend to get new ones without the warping problem.

That's what I purchased. I have put about 20K miles of pretty hard driving on them, and they sill stop quite well. Also, they do add a little bit of looks with some decent rims. Get some nice pads with them and your car will stop like it should. I don't really get any fade up to the 80-90MPH range. Beyond that, there is a little fading. Of course, hopefully you don't drive beyond that speed often enough to warrant bigger and more expensive rotors. Just so you know, I am using Hawk pads. Although they make a lot of dust, they are excellent in terms of stopping ability and life.

So the warping causes slow acceleration problems? I stil havent fixed my tranny yet, it is just sitting outside.

Thanks for all the inputs on rotors! much appreciation!

The warping causes shifting problems for the tranny but Im not exactly sure of the ill effects. If its just acceleration and not a problem with the car shifting I would look at something else as your problem.

I think the end clutch is only for the OD on automatics. They have torque converters.

As for the rotors, I have Brembo cross dimpled/slotted rotors. I think they are great and they work very well. But it tends to get a little weak when theres more weight added to the car.
