Performance difference when swapping the stock T-25 to a T-28 or 16G?
Hey all,
I was just curious about how this works -- Say I'm running stock boost (about 14 PSI) on the stock T-25 in my Talon. If I were to do a swap to a Big T-28 or Big 16G, and keep the same boost (14 PSI), what kind of performance difference would there be, and how much of one? Because those turbos flow more air, my guess is that I would notice a healthy performance gain even at the same PSI, but I'm still a little cloudy on the finer points of turbo principles. :o
Also, considering that currently I have a totally stock fuel system, would upgrading the pump be enough to support a T-28 or 16G at that boost?
