SOLD!!
I picked up this FMIC to use on my brother's car only to part the car out after the chassis was shot. Here's the long run down so you know whats up with this:
This is perfect for any small turbo person, especially someone wanting to retain fog lights. I've made some mods on this and it will clear an auto transmission and should still clear a manual trans. I reversed the lower pipe and if you simply hammer or notch the rad support (about 2" long) there is no need to run a longer lower pipe! The upper pipe also has a new mount to hold it close to the body.
The core is a bit beat up. The lower plate is all dented (non cooling row) The driver side end tank has some wear grooves in it from a bumper cover I guess? and the back side has some dents in it from the hood latch support.
I'm including a modded hood support bar if you choose to use it. The bumps for the p.s. cooler have been cut out, I put some rubber hose around the cooler and zip tied it behind the hood support. The cooler comes with a spacer for the top bolt. There is a mount I've made up to hold the bottom. It bolts to the cross member bolt and then to the cooler. This made it really secure!
The pipes are painted with wrinkle black. There are some scuffs as the pipes have been moved around a LOT. Come's with 1g bov, but the top had gotten dented (dented, not "crushed")
Every coupler and t-bolt clamp is brand new. I have OVER $100 in couplers and clamps that have seen about 2 hours of run time.
I'm including a modded aluminum intake pipe, with 2g maf and Brand new adapter and BRAND NEW FILTER.
Also comes with the J pipe. May need a slim fan. I had an aluminum rad with stock fan and would not clear. May clear a stock rad and stock fan?
This was all on the car which only drove a few miles. Maybe 2 hours top's of run time. Here are a bunch of pics of the whole set up as well as on car shots so you can see. You'll also need to cut the bumper support.
