300 Dollars to whomever feels up to a challange. It could buy you some nice mods....
Here's my delima. I need my rear main oil seal replaced, ouch! I have a 93 TSI AWD Automatic. Shop times around 7 hours, but at 85 dollars an hour. I REFUSE to pay that to anyone for a 10 Dollar Seal! I know the mechanics at the shop, and they dont make but half that doing the actual work. I gathered all the information I needed to do this replacement myself but I honestly don't think I'm capable, A because i don't have all the neseccary tools, and B because I've never had to do any kind of major overhaul work on a car before, and I'm not screwing up my new ride. I know it isn't a difficult job just time consuming and tidious.
So even though I doubt I'll get replys on this site, I'm going to try. I can drive my car out to VA DC MD WV PA, surrounding area's, to get this done. I'll pay 300 Cash up front for a confident fellow DSMer to help me out with this. thats about 45 dollars an hour! You can't turn down an easy 45 bucks an hour, I'm sure most the people working with these aren't making that much.
Thanks in advance!
