Need someone in my area to help out and take a look at my 92 talon

Hi everybody, Okay let me start from the begining. I have a 92 talon tsi, rebuilt engine and tranny with 1200 miles on it. Bought it with just under 300 miles. had to retorque head at 300 miles. after i retorqued the head I started having a pretty bad oil leak. after replacing seals on valve cover thought i had it fixed. but no im still leaking oil and now i have a lifter knocking. realy need someone that knows about these cars to come take a look at it and maybe help me out. also need help getn my greddy BOV dialed in. i can be reached at 636-744-5024 my name is kyle and I live out around six flags in eureka missouri. thanks
