I think all the indiana dsmers should get together and have a good meet. Im a 2gnt and over there most of the time. I would like to meet alot of the Turbo people that i never see. We are all DSM dammit. No 2gnt bashing please. ill have a 1g soon......... I say sometime in Feb. have a meet Im in Indy so Ill be willing to travel or so. but It woul be nice to meet everyone and shoot the shit about the cars... :dsm: :laser: :talon:
 
hey, im from evansville. theirs at least 6 or 7 guys locally that i see around. (don't actually know all of them but the guys i know know them ;) ). would definetly like to have a meet but im horrible at orginizing things.

You know me majicalevil, I was at the past 2 meets, and the only turbo dsm that showed up to the meet. We need a meet when it gets warm out. I got me, plus 4 other people I know that would go.But my car is up til old man winter is over.
 
I would probably attend if it is in Indy. Sorta missed the last Indy meet but will definitly be at this one. Maybe you could have the meet at a Hooters?

Any other Ft. Wayne guys/gals going maybe we could do some sorta caravan.
 
Nice to hear from some of the indiana dsmers, If its ok with everyone we could have it at Hooters in Castleton northern indy, or we can have it in southern indy at Hooters on 31. Maybe it will start getting nice around mid feb.... I would like to have a photo shoot type thing so we can get some pics and some video. Ill keep updated on this thread so when I hear the best day and time then ill see if we can set something up with hooters.
 
Might be a nice ride with the top down. I posted a link on Ft. Wayne Club DSM to spread the word.

didn't know there were any other fort wayne members on here. yea i might be up for it if we can get a set date and time down.
 
lets set a date as far in advanced as we can that way everyone can get off work, get the cars running, etc. Also lets plan what we are gonna do, last time we had a cookout, and worked on some cars but then ended up drinking and we actually worked on 2 cars. So if anyone has any suggestions put them up.....I say we have a track day then go out for a cruise.
 
i'm thinking march at the earliest. august is when the shootout is so that's a big no-no. need to save my money for one trip at a time.

I will set it up, as long as someone from Indy helps me out since I am not from there and dont know my way around....unless you guys wanna come up here for a change, we could go auto-xing, drag racing, cruising, etc.....let me know

hey your car wouldn't happen to be maroon with a blitz body kit, chrome wheels, and stock exhaust would it?

also why don't we first have everyone from indiana that replied to this thread put what city they're from in their profile that way it shows up on the left side of the screen right below your screenname.

I'm down for any time during or after March. That should give me enough time to put the finishing touches on my car. Wait, did I say finishing? I should know better than that. I'm outta Churubusco, about five minutes north of Fort Wayne.
 
Well it's about time you guys did something!!! Yea i will go as long as my car isn't torn apart. Who knows i might have my cams by then too!! It would be fun to be running with some of the turbo boys since usually it's only the guys from 2gnt that come. Hell ya set up a hooters meet... oh and make sure it's the one with the FINE BITCHES!!!!!

Bright red, chrome wheels, 5" tip on a 3" cat-back, hard to confuse with stock.

are you an auto? i think i remember you at our last meet. we need to get together. hooters is fine with me. northside or southside. the northside is bigger. doesnt matter to me. march sound good for everyone? lets get some kind of organization goin on. :thumb:
 
March would be good for me, but indy is as far north as i want to drive. We all know how awful indianas roads are especially with a lower vehicle. We need to get someone from indy to set up some things to do. i really don't want to drive 4 hours to eat at hooters.

I got a nice digi cam and a laptop so we can take all the pictures we want.
 
i think you can check out IRP's schedule on the net, not sure of the exact site though.

oh yeah and i'm looking forward to driving down to indy on I-69 with my new suspension :(, god i hate that road. let's keep it on the northside of town so i can give my kidneys a rest. if you really want to get something cooking though i'd throw a link to this thread up on the indystars mailing list. i can do it though if you guys want me to.
