I am looking for around 37psi or so. I am dyno'ing on Friday (3/30/07) at Beyond Redline, so we will see how it does. I will be at the track on Sunday (4/1/07) at GLD to test out the new setup on slicks.

Stevens Point is not that much farther than WIR. And you were there last year for dropfest right?

He'd be a good match for a local guy in point here that has a 95 2.4 GSX.

Currently still on the dyno -- so far 31psi -- 616awhp/530tq SAE with a dynocom awd -- this calculates to ~ 30% drivetrain loss on the dyno. --> Since this is SAE, I will post STP corrected for superflow numbers when done. This number above calculates to 708whp SAE on a Windyn Superflow 2WD dyno at Extreme Performance Motorsports (shop used for previous dyno results to date).

I will post final results tomorrow.

Awesome numbers!

I was off on the calculations in the last post -- I calculated as a 1+((.15 + .08 )* 616)= 757.7. It should have been done as I showed below. sorry.

Now to the fun:

Well after 40+ pulls from start to finish, we finally reached 645awhp and 567 torque SAE uncorrected @ 35psi on C16 with 13-16 degrees ramped maximum timing.

Tuning done by myself and Luke Stubbs - - Beyond Redline Performance on AEM EMS.

SAE uncorrected AWD Dynocom DC AWD 1800: 645awhp/567tq (30% drivetrain loss)
STP corrected AWD: 694awhp/610tq (1.076 correction factor)
STP corrected 2WD (Windyn Superflow 840 dual eddy current) 741whp/652tq 2wd (15% drivetrain loss).

I included the Windyn Superflow numbers for comparison (741whp/652tq) to my previous setup for improvements from the 630 2whp/ 590 tq, done by the T4 SC6181SP @ 35psi with DNP manifold, and the 497whp/459tq done on the PTE SCM6152SP with 2G manifold @ 26psi.

I changed to the GT4088R with the T4 0.96A/R divided flange, and added another fuel pump (inline) for this dyno session.

We calculated an estimated MPH of ~140 in the 1/4mi, so we will see how it is.

I will post the 1/4 mile times on Monday.

Went to the track on Sunday, and got rained out -- not even one pass, since it started drizzling when I was in line.

They started up the track later on, but I didn't want to try running new slicks on a cold, damp track. I ended up spectating, due to safety reasons.

Oh well, next time.

hope so!

I'm getting married the weekend before so I can say I hope so! But where is it going to be at? I see so few DSMs out this way that are legit and not riced out. There is a guy out here somewheres that bought one of Sheps old cars but I haven't seen him in ages. How do I subscribe to a thread? How do I get a posting I have subscribed to... to email me with new replies?
