DSM get together Illinois

Hey everyone my name is Bryan and I go driven for hours all the time when I get the chance when I'm off work. I always see dsm's everywhere and I've been thinking anyone around the Naperville,Wheaton,Lisle, Aurora, Dekalb anything basically close to any of those towns we should get a dsm cruisin night or set something up for a good time! If anyone is down just let me know. I'm on the forums everyday basically so I will see your reply. Good Racin

I'm in wheaton too, but my POS is parked, as I'm doing a complete teardown and rebuild for a road racing setup. I'm driving a black TJ, and wave at DSMers, so if you see some weirdo in a jeep waving at you that's me minus the DSM

The meet was good about 40 people showed up over the span of a few hours. At one point we had like 30 dsm's lined up, its was pretty cool. Theres pics and I put a short clip together on streetfire. Link

I know this is an old post...but I'm in the Wheaton/Warrenville/Naperville area at least 1-2 times a week....anyone know of any good tuning/performance shops around here? I'm in need of a tune BAD, but the closest shop I can find is Performance Auto Werks in Plainfield. Any suggestions??

Well... there's always AMS. People say they're expensive, but they do know their dsms. I'm pretty sure they got an awd dyno last year too. There's also a place called GRD who has an awd dyno too. Not to sure on their location but a search on google or whatever and you'll find their site... it's in your general area though. Never been there before, just know they have an awd dyno cause i was looking for one last summer.

Jeez what an old thread! A bunch of the people in this thread don't even own dsm's anymore

The answer is Chitowndsm.com for meet info in your area, we just had a large meet on the 28th but it wont be the last one...Theres a bunch of NIU students and dekalb residents on our site so Im sure you will find people to help you with your car and meetup with
